Shipping Policy for Day One Formula

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products purchased through Day One Formula ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Coverage

Day One Formula ships products to:

  • All 50 United States.
  • U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

We do not offer international shipping or ship to locations outside the United States and its territories.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We utilize reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process based on your shipping address and the selected shipping method.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

All orders of $45 or more receive free shipping within the United States.

All orders less than $45 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 within the United States.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or additional fees are displayed at checkout.


Address Accuracy

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for any claims of non-receipt. Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Check with neighbors or building management if the package cannot be located.

For unresolved issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as undeliverable or lost in transit, please contact us at support@dayoneformula.com within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing suppport@dayoneformula.com with photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages. Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier or contact their local law enforcement.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders to locations that cannot be serviced by our shipping carriers.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been submitted.
  • If you need to cancel your order, contact us at support@dayoneformula.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, or governmental actions.
